The Shelton Theater is a non-profit organization and was founded in 1993. The Shelton family has been creating, supporting, and nurturing artists in the Bay Area since 1961. This lively organization with its rich history and powerful role in the arts community produces and hosts a variety of arts events including narrative plays, musicals, improvisation, play readings, poetry, film screenings, live music, fine art installations, stand up comedy, and a series of some of the finest acting and improv classes in the Bay Area.
