When does the box office open for my show?
1 hour before showtime.
When does the house open?
5-10 minutes before showtime.
How is seating arranged?
General admission: first come first served upon house opening.
Are there concessions?
Full bar opens 1 hour before showtime and 2 hours afterwards or until 2:00 AM, whichever is earlier.
Is there elevator access and ADA seating?
Yes, please notify the producers of the show you plan to attend in advance so that they can accommodate you to the best of their ability.
Do you seat latecomers?
Seating is allowed until 20-30 minutes after showtime, depending on the show.
Where can I park?
We encourage attendees to use public transit; but for those who are driving, the Sutter-Stockton Garage is nearby and reasonably priced. We do not recommend parking on the street.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted.
Where are the restrooms?
2 on the ground floor at the end of the hallway and 2 on the second floor.
